Smollan Benelux (formerly Hamilton Bright) strengthens sustainability performance with strong EcoVadis growth

With our latest EcoVadis ratings, we once again demonstrate that sustainability is a priority for us. We have maintained our bronze certificate and, more importantly, taken another clear step forward in both score and position.

In recent years, our score has grown from 61/100 to 71/100. This places us in the 84th percentile, securing a spot in the top 16% of our market segment (medium enterprises). It is a result we are proud of, and at the same time, it serves as motivation to keep building.

This progress is no coincidence. We have taken structural steps, particularly regarding human and labor rights. Examples include equal pay, a transparent job and salary structure, and strengthening our anti-discrimination actions within recruitment.

At the same time, we know that sustainability standards continue to evolve. The bar is raised every year. This requires sharpness, consistency, and transparency. By implementing additional human rights policies and deepening our reporting across multiple themes, we have once again made progress.

Looking ahead, our focus is on further professionalizing our reporting: making it more transparent, consistent, and better substantiated. Not because we have to, but because we believe that sustainable growth starts with taking responsibility. For our people, clients, and partners.
